At Lassiter at North Hills, we have an onsite maintenance team ready to assist! Residents may submit service requests through the online portal or get in contact with the office to ensure the request is addressed as quickly as possible.
If you find yourself locked out during business hours, stop by our office, call our leasing team, or submit a help request online! If you are locked out after hours, you can contact a locksmith if necessary.

At Lassiter at North Hills, your beautiful apartment home will be equipped with a stainless steel refrigerator, electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, and in-unit washer/dryer. You have all you need right inside your home!
We do not offer furnished apartment homes. This allows residents to have a blank canvas to fill their space with what matters most!
ADMINISTRATIVE & LEASING
Applications are typically processed within 24-48 hours once all required documents have been received. This is variable depending on our resident screening. If you have questions on your application status, please contact our leasing team!
Residents at Lassiter at North Hills can conveniently pay rent online through the Bilt Rewards platform. Bilt makes the process simple and secure, while also allowing you to earn points on your rent payments that can be used for travel, fitness, and other rewards. It is a seamless way to manage your payments while getting added value each month.
Residents at Lassiter at North Hills are not required to purchase renter's insurance, although, we highly encourage it for coverage of personal items. Please note that all residents are enrolled in our RLL program, which is liability insurance that only covers the apartment home.
Lassiter at North Hills residents are enrolled in our bulk internet agreement with AT&T. We offer AT&T's highest internet plan! Please note that cable is not included, but you can speak with an AT&T representative to get that service added. Please contact the leasing team for more information.
If your situation changes, we offer buy-out options with a lease termination fee. If you need our assistance, please call our leasing team to discuss your options.
All future residents receive an email from our team with instructions on setting up utilities. Our team is available to assist with set-up if needed!
Utilities are not included in the rent. Electricity must be set up with Duke Energy. Your water will be set up by the property, but it will be an additional cost added to your monthly rent depending on usage.

At Lassiter at North Hills, our income requirement is 3x the base rent of the apartment home.
Our rental qualifications include meeting our income requirement and approval through our resident screening.
As long as the apartment is ready, future residents can definitely tour their future home prior to moving in. Just contact our team to arrange a time that works best!
We accept both appointments and walk-ins.
We currently do not offer self-guided tours; however, you can contact our team to schedule a tour of your future home at Lassiter at North Hills.
For the safety and security of our residents, team members, and community, we require a valid ID for all tours. This helps us maintain a secure environment while also ensuring a smooth and professional touring experience for everyone.
The monthly fees at Lassiter at North Hills include: FETCH ($18), RLL ($13), Pest Control ($5), AT&T ($60), Trash ($12), Valet Waste ($28).
Subletting and short term rentals, including listing your apartment on platforms like Airbnb, are not permitted at Lassiter at North Hills. If you have questions about your lease or specific circumstances, please speak with our team, and we will be happy to assist!
At Lassiter at North Hills, our team is transparent about costs. All future residents receive an email breakdown of upcoming dues to ensure clarity. The application and administrative fees are due at the time that you submit an application. The security deposit and move-in fees are due by your lease start date.
